Warning: Changing the executable could get you banned in online games. There are many reasons why you would want to change the executable that is used to launch a game under Steam. You might want to use a different launcher. Specifically for MODs you might want to launch an alternate launcher or you need a pateched executable. Warning: Be carefuly with any executable you download. If you do not trust the source, don’t use it.

I’ve been watching a few of those videos that talk about vim vs other editors for programming. I thought I throw my two cents in and explain, why I use vim. Not just for editing configuration files, but also programming and pretty much anything else. I even write this post with vim. I say that right away, I don’t think that the other ones are bad, they are just not right for me.

I got my steam deck in July and have been playing a lot with it. Well, maybe not a lot compared to others, but certainly a lot from my point of view. I also bought more games in the last six months than every before in my life. I guess that is a win for valve and the steam deck. Looking back, the steam deck certainly isn’t a perfect device. It would be nice if the screen was slightly bigger.

I had played around with hugo for a while. Tried it, stopped, tried it, stopped. Today I thought enough is enough. I might as well commit to it, So there it is. My new page in Hugo. I decided to use the “Terminal” theme. It just fits my background the best. Good, old Unix terminal.
