Every time I have to do any kind of filing, I just get frustrated. I never liked doing paper work. Let’s face it, nobody does unless you are a psycho. I am kidding of course. Anyways. Back to my rant.

First of all, why is there Letter an Legal? Have one format. I either have a folder that can take Legal or one that can take Letter. Either way, one doesn’t fit the other. In Germany it’s usually A4 and in very rare cases A5. At least the rare cases are the smaller format.

Hole punches. Don’t even get me started on these stupid 3 hole punches. Two are enough. Move them it a bit more. This way you don’t have to do one paper at a time to line each up properly. Every single time I try to punch more than one page, one is not lined up properly. Granted, might be a skill issue, but then again: IT SHOULDN’T TAKE TRAINING TO PUNCH HOLES IN PAPER FOR FILING!
